The Graybar SmartStock Plus app makes restocking parts and materials as simple as Scan, Click, and Deliver. A simple and efficient interface lets you rapidly scan items for multiple supply rooms and other types of inventory locations anywhere they may be, without requiring an internet connection. A connection is only required when you want to place the orders.

Just let your Graybar sales representative know you’d like to join the SmartStock Plus Inventory Management program, and Graybar will provide QR code labels for the products you need.

Here’s how it works:
•When you’re ready to reorder - scan the QR codes at your location.
•Enter the Quantities needed
•Hit Save and Scan to scan the next product or Done when you are ready to submit the order
•Submitting the order is just as simple – a few taps to verify your PO, release #, and credentials, and you are done

Through the magic of EDI, your order will be sent to your local Graybar for replenishment.
